Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to create a TubeNest account. TubeNest is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and curators on behalf of children. Children do not create their own accounts; they use child profiles set up by the account holder.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of any household member you invite.

You sign in to TubeNest with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for keeping your TubeNest sessions private. Notify us promptly at info@tubenest.online if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you connect your Google account, TubeNest requests read-only access to your YouTube playlists in order to import and display them inside the Service. By connecting, you authorize TubeNest to access this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

YouTube content displayed inside TubeNest is provided by YouTube under its own terms. Your use of YouTube content through TubeNest is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke TubeNest’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service to display content to children that you are not authorized to share with them.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent technical limits of the Service.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload malicious code.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that violates YouTube’s or Google’s terms.

Some TubeNest features let you embed playlists on external sites. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to embed the underlying YouTube content on the destination site, and for complying with YouTube’s embed terms.

TubeNest offers a free tier and paid tiers. Paid tiers, pricing, and features are described on our Pricing page. We may change paid tier pricing or features from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance. If you do not agree to a pricing change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Where billing is not yet enabled, signing up for a paid tier joins a waitlist and does not constitute a charge.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing info@tubenest.online. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

YouTube videos and metadata shown in TubeNest are provided by YouTube. We do not guarantee that any particular video will remain available, that playlist contents will be accurate at all times, or that content meets any particular standard of appropriateness. You are responsible for reviewing the playlists you assign to a child profile.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold TubeNest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via the application. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TubeNest is operated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
